Opting-in to HomeControl Flex™

It's Time to Make the Switch

DEADLINE: October 31, 2016

The official migration to our newest app, HomeControl Flex™, will be required for all customers currently using Telguard Interactive. The old app will no longer be supported after October 31, 2016.

Upgrading to the newest app allows your customer to take advantage of several exciting features, including:

The option to include video capabilities with Arlo Wire-free HD Cameras, enabling remote viewing of event-triggered clips, images and live video from anywhere, on a smartphone, computer or tablet.
The ability to integrate over 200 smart home products such as the Amazon Echo, SkyBell HD, and web services, with their security system using the free Internet of Things (IoT) services of IFTTT. For more information, visit https://ifttt.com/

COMPLETING THE MIGRATION

Please start by downloading the migration checklist. This will ensure a smooth transition from Telguard Interactive to HomeControl Flex.

In order for your current subscribers to access the new HomeControl Flex app, dealers must "opt-in" through their dealer account at www.telguardonline.com. This video will guide you step-by-step on how to easily complete the "opt-in". Once completed, your current subscribers will be notified via email, directing them to download the new HomeControl Flex app.
